Service Hours

07:00 - 18:00
Our service line is staffed Monday to Friday on weekdays in Baden-Württemberg from 07:00 to 18:00 to take care of your concerns quickly and competently.
An on-call emergency service is available for top priority incidents outside of the service line hours.

Support-Tools

To report problems, you as a customer can use SAP Solution Manager and our ECHOLON ticket system. Furthermore we use GoToAssist for remote maintenance.
